Privacy Policy

• Enquiry form: your name, email, phone number, college, branch, year, the service you need, any topic details you share, and any documents you choose to attach.
• Workspace (student portal): your verified sign-in email and name, your orders, milestones, progress updates, requests, documents you upload, and the files we deliver.
• Payments: payment status, amounts, and the payment provider's reference IDs. Razorpay handles your card, UPI, and bank details, and they never reach us.
• Partner links: if you arrive through a partner's promo link, a cookie remembers that code for 30 days so the discount can be applied, and we count the visit for that partner. It stores nothing else about you.

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
• To deliver your order, show its progress, take payments, and release your files.
• To handle support, refunds, and disputes, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel: website hosting, private file storage, and cookie-free visit statistics on our public pages (no tracking across sites, nothing in the workspace)
• Clerk: sign-in (Google or email code)
• Neon: portal database
• Razorpay: payment processing
• Telegram and email: internal notifications to our team about new enquiries and portal activity
• Resend: emails to you about your order (updates, payments, and file delivery)
• Meta WhatsApp Business: confirmation messages to you

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

We keep delivered files for 12 months after delivery so you can download them again, then remove them. Documents attached to an enquiry are removed 60 days after you send it, and uploads from a form you never sent are removed within a day. We keep order and payment records for as long as accounting and legal rules require.

Files are stored privately. Before every download, we check that you are signed in to the account that owns the order and that its payment is confirmed. We verify payment confirmations directly with the payment provider.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, except records we must keep by law. Write to projectsquad@proton.me.
