Terms of Service

Project Squad is run by an individual operator, not a registered company. You can reach us at projectsquad@proton.me or on WhatsApp.

We provide academic project support: project development, documentation such as reports and presentations, review sessions, and related services described on our services page.

Every order is scoped individually. The written quote in your student portal (its title, scope summary, and total price) is the agreement for that order. Work outside that scope needs a new request and may change the price.

• You accept the quote in the student portal before paying.
• Payment is made in two parts: a 50% advance to start the work, and the remaining 50% after the demo and any in-scope corrections.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• Final files are released in the portal only after the payment provider confirms the final payment.

• Give accurate contact details and requirements, and sign in to the portal with the email address you shared with us.
• Keep your portal account secure. Activity from your account is treated as yours.
• Use the deliverables in line with the rules of your college or university. You are responsible for how you submit, present, or cite the work.
• Do not misuse the portal, try to access other students' orders, or interfere with the service.

Target dates in your portal timeline are estimates and depend on you sending inputs on time. After the demo, you can request corrections within the agreed scope. After delivery, you have 7 days to report anything that does not match the agreed scope.

• A promo code from one of our partners gives the discount shown for that code on the whole order. One code per order.
• The code must be shared before your order is created; it can't be added to an existing order or exchanged for cash.
• We may end a code at any time. Orders already created with it keep their discount.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once the full payment is confirmed, you may use the delivered work for your academic submission and personal learning. We may reuse general know-how, but we will not share your personal details or your specific submission with other students.

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee a particular grade, evaluation outcome, or acceptance by your institution. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. The version shown here applies from its “effective from” date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
